Abby Winterscheid is a volleyball fanatic. Winterscheid started playing volleyball in fourth grade.
Volleyball is one of her favorite things to do and she does it all the time. Winterscheid plays on a traveling team as well as on the high school team. Although she plays volleyball it doesn’t always allow her to play other sports.
“Getting to set the ball and watch the hitter, are definitely some of the highlights,” Winterscheid said.
She said her family is always in support of her love for volleyball, and she hopes one day to get a scholarship to college playing volleyball. As a freshman she played on JV and this year, as a Sophomore,she has earned a spot on the varsity team, she said.
